📦 Airtable Setup — 5 Minutes
Airtable is a free cloud database that stores all RISMETHOD diagnostic submissions. Once connected, every CEO who completes the survey automatically appears in this admin dashboard — no emails needed.
1Create a free Airtable account
Go to airtable.com → Sign up free → Create a new Base named "RISMETHOD Diagnostics"
2Create the Submissions table
Rename the default table to Submissions. Add these fields (all Single Line Text unless noted):
Name · Email · Company · Role · Industry · Revenue · Score (Number) · Level · AnnualDrag · SessionType · TeamSessionID · ZoneBreakdown (Long text) · Timestamp · Submitted (Date)
3Get your Base ID
In Airtable, go to Help → API documentation. Your Base ID starts with
app… and appears in the URL: https://airtable.com/YOUR_BASE_ID/api/docs
4Create a Personal Access Token (PAT)
Go to airtable.com/create/tokens → Create token → Name: "RISMETHOD" → Scope: data.records:read + data.records:write → Access: Your RISMETHOD base → Save and copy the token (starts with
pat…)
5Update the diagnostic app
Open index_v3.html in a text editor. Find the
AIRTABLE_CONFIG block (near line 760) and update:

6Enter credentials in this admin dashboard
Paste your PAT and Base ID in the "Data Source" bar at the top of this page, then click Connect & Load Data. Your credentials are saved only in this browser — never transmitted except to Airtable directly.
💡 Formspree Email Setup (parallel)
Go to formspree.io/forms → Open form myknwozg → Settings → Notifications.
Confirm: (1) Email notifications are ON; (2) coachphillo@gmail.com is listed as a recipient; (3) You clicked the verification email Formspree sent when you first created the form.
Check Gmail Spam / Promotions tabs — Formspree emails sometimes land there first.
